The SIG largely finances its projects through membership fees and income from its assets. The scope of its projects has increased significantly in recent years, particularly in the areas of antisemitism and prevention. The association is able to rely on committed funding partners to ensure that this important work continues.

The Ernst Göhner Stiftung supports non-profit projects in the areas of culture, the environment, social welfare, education and science. The foundation is active throughout Switzerland and works to promote dialogue between the country’s regions.
Swiss Society for the Common Good
The Swiss Society for the Common Good SSCG is committed to social cohesion in Switzerland and both researches and promotes voluntary work in Switzerland.
Swisslos, canton of Lucerne lottery fund
Lottery income is used by the Swisslos, lottery and sports funds of the German-speaking Swiss cantons and the canton of Ticino to support projects in the areas of the arts, sports, the environment and social welfare. The canton of Lucerne regulates the use of funds and the criteria for distribution in the Lottery Funds Ordinance. It offers broad-based funding with the aim of reaching as many people as possible in the interest of the common good.

Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft des Kantons Zürich
The Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft des Kantons Zürich (Canton of Zurich Society for the Common Good) aims to ‘promote the intellectual and material well-being of the population of the Canton of Zurich through private initiative’. The society is primarily active in the three areas of social welfare, scholarships and individual assistance, and culture.
Kantonales Integrationsprogramm Kanton Bern
The Kantonale Integrationsprogramme KIP (cantonal integration programmes) are an important component of Swiss integration policy. Through these programmes, the federal authorities and the cantons define their objectives for the specific promotion of integration and the measures for achieving these objectives. The focus of the Canton of Bern CIP is on workplace integration, language training, education, and early support. The canton of Bern also seeks to utilise synergies with the canton’s ongoing projects.

The Kantonale Integrationsprogramme KIP (cantonal integration programmes) are an important component of Swiss integration policy. Through these programmes, the federal authorities and the cantons define their objectives for the specific promotion of integration and the measures for achieving these objectives. The current funding areas in the Canton of Zurich CIP are information, evaluation of integration needs and counselling, language, preparation for training and employment, early childhood, coexistence and participation, dealing with diversity and protecting against discrimination, and interpreting.
