Kosher lists

Kosher lists help with the purchase of kosher foodstuff. They specify the products that are kosher in Swiss supermarkets. The lists can also be called up on the Swiss Kosher app.

Kosher lists are maintained and published by several Jewish communities in Switzerland. Rabbis in local communities are supported in this matter by the Community of Interest for Kosher Foodstuffs (Interessengemeinschaft für koschere Lebensmittel IGfKL). Since mid-2020, further support has been provided by the Swiss Kosher app, which contains the existing kosher lists and also offers a scan function to verify whether a certain product is kosher.
